License Model Changes - VST3

The license conditions for Ctrlr can probably change now that Steinberg have changed to public domain MIT licensing.

I saw that last week, it's quite a god news! It means that developers won't need to sign the agreement with Steinberg to use their SDK.
It does not change anything for ctrlrx itself but for anyone looking to release a panel as VST3 it's one step less to care about.

I think the gpl license still requires to mention them somewhere in the distribution package and probably in the software "about". We're covered anyway.

I think it starts at VST 3.8, so may need some changes under the hood.

Oh ok, I did enroll to the VST3 SDK license in 2023 with steinberg it took only a few days to get it signed back.
I think we are using the vst3 included with juce which is 3.6 if I recall.
