New to Ctrlr, experienced programmer, so forgive me if this was discussed somewhere, but I couldn't find it (yet).
It seems to me that the only way to have full control over displayed values is to use a combination of uiSlider and uiLabel so that the slider values can range across whatever I need and I can display things like 3.75 kHz or 1125 ms. I am reluctant to use uiFixedSlider since I don't want to pre-populate 100 controls with 1000's of values (in some cases). If the slider/label combo is the best way, is there a method to grouping them together so that if I hide/move one component the other follows? I know I can create a group and put those two in it, but is there another way to gang controls/labels together?
The other area I'm looking at is dynamically changing the background image for a group. I see the uiGroupBackgroundImage property, but I didn't see any obvious method I can invoke to change that.
Thanks for any assistance. Hopefully, my next new post will be something folks can find useful rather than more questions.
