ProgramChange and CC in one modulator with multi message

Hello all ,

I would like to use a modulator to send program change to my synth.
They are 400 presets in 4 bank with 100 preset each.

001 -) 100 : CC 0 Val 0 + program change from 0 to 100
101 -) 200 : CC 0 Val 1 + program change from 0 to 100
201 -) 300 : CC 0 Val 2 + program change from 0 to 100
301 -) 400 : CC 0 Val 3 + program change from 0 to 100

I can do it with one modulator sending the CC and a second sending the program change but i would like to use only one modulator sending the CC and PC.
Program change should vary from 0 to 400 ( and not 4 x 100) and the CC varying from 0 to 1, to 2 and to 3 every 100 PC

i guess LUA should be used but i really don't know how to do it

So basically in lua you would do this:

currentBank=0 -- or whatever is selected
    myChannel = panel:getProperty("panelMidiOutputChannelDevice")
        local cnum = 0xb0 + (myChannel - 1)
        local cc = CtrlrMidiMessage(string.format("%.2x 00 %.2x", cnum, currentBank)) -- Bank Change
        panel:sendMidiMessageNow(cc)

--[[ PROGRAM CHANGE --]]
currentProg=0 -- or whatever is selected
    local pnum = 0xc0 + (myChannel - 1)

You would probably need four uiCombo for each bank and just set each to a static bank change.
You could even set the bank in `modulatorCustomIndex'

The best solution, I think, is to use juce Popup, but it's complex.
I have implemented a popup in the attached panel. It detects whether the last patch the user selected was in the same bank and if so does not update with a new bank change. That's a challenge to implement if you are trying to change programs with one control. Also, with a uiCombo 100 entries starts to get a bit cumbersome for selection. Also the popup remembers each selection made.

On some of my panels I also implement previous/forward arrows so users can scroll through patches sequentially. It's the best of both worlds. See here
