Velocity on mousewheel

hey,
I need velocity on my mousewheel. I thik there is no adjustment in modulator component. Velocity only works on mouse drag but not on wheel. Can anyone provide a lua-script? Thank you

Or, what would be even better, a script that allows me to move the mouse over the the screen borders while dragging the modulator with the mouse. It works on velocity mode but I´d like to use it in normal mode

I don't think there is a way to change velocity on the mouseWheel:
