Widget / shortcode - Author Slider

Need Widget and Shortcode to display all the authors image in widget or post/page section using shortcode. This feature will replace the [Author Grid](https://wordpress.org/plugins/authorgrid/) needs. It will come with follow/unfollow buttons on hover the author image. Maybe have to use the [HoverImageText](http://www.itsavesyou.com/HoverImageText.htm) jquery plugin.
