Modify project vscode settings to allow for IntelliSense with `cn!` macro

Places where the cn! macro is used does not have vscode intellisense for tailwind. Would be nice if it did

tested this and it's not working for me still

Notice how when I hover over the elements whose class attribute is class="absolute" it shows what the "absolute" class really compiles to in css i.e position: absolute but when I hover over something like class=cn!(#("absolute")) it shows nothing.
