FRBRized Metadata
An important part of the knowledge graph extracted from your set of TEI-XML documents will be the statements about these documents, i.e., RDF statements about your files and the entities that they encode, i.e., metadata.
You will need URIs for all your files and all the encoded entities; and you will need properties and classes to model the relations between them. FRBRoo and LRMoo offer suitable properties and classes: They provide not only metadata properties like creator or title that we find in ontologies like dublin core, but concepts for modelling the whole textual tradition and the place of your digital scholarly edition within this textual tradition. FRBRoo does so by formalizing the concepts Work, Expression, Manifestation, and Item.
