Adding a review while logged in as an admin

3. Description: On logging in as an admin and choose a service provider to rate it, the rate is not added (may be because admins can not rate) but the response came in cinsole and no error message is displayed

4. Steps to reproduce the issue:

• login as an admin
• go to service providers
• choose one of the service providers
  -write comment and rate one of them

5. Expected result: an error message should be displayed or this tab should not be shown to an admin

yeah as an admin you don't contribute to the rating process

There should be an error message, or the rating tab should not be displayed at all for admins
