Negative and String Timings

3: Description: it accepts negative numbers and strings in timing slots (hours & minutes) just by removing the html constraints

4: Steps to reproduce the issue

1. login as a businessowner
2. choose My account
3. choose any of the services
4. Add Timings
5. Inspect hours or minutes element
6. remove type="number" min="0"

Expected an error message that timing can not contain negative numbers or strings
