Add CL class to manual

I have checked the code with CL.But I haven't found the corresponding introduction and examples in manual especially the naming requirements. It will help me a lot if it is added in the manual

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we have added some lipid classes recently but did not amend the manual accordingly. We will work on it.
