PyPi version is outdated #16
Description
The version of pyknotid on PyPi (see here) is outdated, and was released in 2018, while the master branch was updated more recently, in 2023 (see this commit).
This is confusing, as the version installed with pip can't run the example in the readme (see #7), but the master branch can.
