Add notification feature

Description

In the dashboard, the notification style has been added, but it has no functionalities yet.

Expected result

Have a functioning notification component, with upcoming dates, topics to study, on click display.

What type of notifications are going to be displayed?

Suggested solution:

1. Check how to send an email to the logged in user, the user's email will be retrieved with Google OAuth2.
2. Define when to send the email
3. Create LearnIA's email
4. Create email template
5. When sending email's conditions have been met, send the email
6. Update the styling in notification component
