port to ARM system #33

Dear SWIFT developers,
Thank you very much for your previous help, I could run SWIFT with vectorization disabled on an ARM-based HPC.
The code is functioning, but it's running at a very slow speed. I'm planning to seek help from the HPC technician team to assist me in porting SWIFT onto the system. Can you please advise me on which files to inspect in order to make changes?
