Configure error

I am trying to compile SWIFT and am getting an error with the configure script.

I am using ./configure --with-mpi=/home/[user]/SWIFT --with-hdf5=/home/[user]/SWIFT

and getting the error message

./configure: line 8818: syntax error near unexpected token disable-shared' ./configure: line 8818: LT_INIT(disable-shared)'

Any ideas what is causing this?

Looks like the LT_INIT macro hasn't been expanded during autogen. Make sure you have the libtool package installed.
