Registration Command

After verifying that tests pass on the latest commit, register with:

@JuliaRegistrator register

This will create a PR to the JuliaRegistries/General repository to register the initial v0.1.0 release.

Notes

• This is the initial release of the package
• All current functionality will be included in v0.1.0
• Future version bumps can follow the standard SciML release process
