Newer items not available

I'd guess perhaps the server hasn't been patched lately, or something similar.  Items added since about April are not available via the API.  The most recent one which is available appears to be http://services.servuo.com/uoapi/item/40105 ; there should be at least 20 or 30 after that, if not more.
