feat: set ID of existing Discord message for reaction roles

Like many others, I already have a message that contains all of the reactions I want to use / manage, and rather than re-creating one to use, I'd love a way to just copy the ID of the message to watch/check, and use that instead. For example, 506711270574129163 is the ID of the message I'd prefer to use. Then I can set the role mappings after that.

You mean you have an already written message, or you want the bot to listen to the reactions for an already made message?

If it's the former I could do that, but the bot actually uses a drop-down UI for roles that wouldn't work with traditional "reaction roles" if it was the latter

Got it. Hmm. It's the latter, and I only bring that up because I have a bunch of historical reactions that help me gauge roughly at a glance how many are in each camp.

hmm I could add a command to the stats plugin that prints an embed showing how many users have each role?

I think too it doubles as a nice little indicator for anyone joining the server, to get a sense of what "most people" have picked.

yeah I agree there definitely needs to be some way to tell who/how many people have what role to give insights on how well they are working
