working with multiple repos

I have a project that include multiple git repos. In this scenario i can't use git flow for second and third repo. Trying to do some selections or closing repo but nothing helps, still extension works only for first added repo

Are you using a multi-root workspace? (You used File > Add Folder to Workspace, and those folders contain different repos) At this time, the extension doesn't support that feature of VS Code. It's on the list to be implemented.

Same problem for me, we also have different settings for master, develop etc in our repos.
Why not use the settings that (I think in most cases) could be found in the .git/config file ?
