Consider removing content from the Vignette that is duplicated in the man pages #38
Description
The Vignette contains many sections that are essentially duplicates of the manual pages for various functions --- specifically sections 3 and 4.1 -- 4.4. It is a pain to ensure both copies of this information are in sync with each other, so perhaps they should be removed.
Another option would be to figure out if it is somehow possible to attach the PDF versions of the manpage as an Appendix to the vignette thus keeping the functionality of the Vignette as a "one stop" reference for the package.
