Switch to Providers #16
Description
Instead of using Bukkit calls, we should create some classes that will allow us to work on abstract server software. The first step of this is to turn Bukkit and Server calls into Provider parameters that are relevant to the functionality. This way we can test the classes more easily, and can move to be more useful on diverse server software.
This is related to #15.
