Doesn't install on Windows 10

Downloaded the .jar, v 1.2.7
Extracted jar
Run youtube-dl.exe, a terminal window opens then immediately closes, no output, no errors

What am I doing wrong?

@mosfetish Don't extract the .jar file, instead just double click on it
