Review Drafts & Edit Window (with Audit)

Description

• Type of Issue: Feature / Backend / API / UX

• Directory: anon/backend

• Task :

  • Drafts table + endpoints: POST /posts/drafts, PUT /posts/drafts/{id}, DELETE /posts/drafts/{id}, POST /posts/drafts/{id}/publish.
  • Edits: PATCH /posts/{id} allowed for N minutes after publish; write to reviews_audit.
  • Validation & moderation re-run on edit; OpenAPI + tests.

• Current:

  • Single-shot publish; no drafts or safe edit.

• Expected:

  • Safer authoring flow; limited edits with full audit history.
