Downloads List Pop-Up opens after saving a tab file in recent Firefox

Maybe revokeObjectURL can be used to make the explicit downloads.erase unneccessary? https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/URL/revokeObjectURL

Maybe this prevents the download list from popping up showing an empty list (and blocking the usual user keybinds, forcing the user to press escape first to close the download list).

It might be good to add revokeObjectURL (to make sure the data is released).
But it does not seem like this helps with the pop-up issue.

One work around I have found for now is to right click the downloads-list button and select "hide when empty".
Sadly I haven't found anything useful when trying to search for this, only a lot of different things talking about completely different topics.
