Block Breaking is unfunctional

Describe the bug
The Skizzik doesn't break blocks when incased.

To Reproduce

1. Create or load a world
2. Go in spectator and go underground
3. Spawn a Skizzik
4. Observe

Expected behavior
The Skizzik should be breaking blocks standing in it's way, similarly to the Wither.

Please complete the following information:

• Applicable Branch / Mod Version: 2.0.0 Beta 3 and later
• Minecraft Version: 1.17.1

Additional context
Initially the blocks will break thanks to the spawn explosion. That is not considered as a part of this bug.
