Domain settings for pausing tabs in background #739
Description
We could have a domain settings options for pausing tabs in background.
Could be like:
- Pause
- Do not pause
- Pause after
With the pause after being separated preference I guess.
Trouble is keeping a YouTube video playing on a background tab is really tricky if at all possible so that needs to be cleared first.
