[BUG] Camera allows control for a brief moment after hitting ESC to pause

Title related. For some reason, you're briefly able to use mouselook the moment after pressing ESC.

this was recorded in 1.1.6, but the issue still persists into 1.2.1a

It's a quirk of how I did the camera, which screen you have open has to be synced with the server, and that means a very slight delay on when it opens said screen and prevents you rotating it like that. It's never really been a big enough issue for me to warrant fixing tbh.
