[BUG] If Vsync is not enabled, the mouse drifts up-left while moving it

Unsure why this happens. If Vsync is off, the mouse will drift slightly up-left whenever I move it. This happens regardles of the current framerate limit. At 60, 90, and Unlimited, the problem persists. Vsync fixes this issue, though.

In the video demo, I only wag the mouse left and right. No upward movement should be happening, but when Vsync is off, it does.

Huh, that's really weird, and I'm not familiar with how vsync works so I'll get back to you on this one
