FlowSom in FlowJo does not generate the R-script #66
Description
I have used Flowsom plugin in flowjo (10.8) with R 4.2.2 before to generate nice flowsom data. Now I want analyse again, but the R-script is not appearing in the folder, and Flowsom seems not to work in the plugin. Upgrading to flowjo 10.10 and R4.4.2. (all combi"s) seems also not to work (and with the new combi and Flowsom.jar, the R-scripts are fully invisible).
Can you help how to get this running again, with an old R-script all packages etc seem to be fine, but flowsom is not giving anything.
