How to run your framework in a subfolder

Dear Richard,
I try to understand your very nice https://github.com/Sollee-Development/framework and I love Tom Butler's Level-2 ideas. Would you pls explain more how can one run it and test it? When I try it in my subfolder ie: sollee (not in the root) it is always difficult for me to understand the relation between path and routing online, non-online and what must be changed in config.json
