Add "GeneratedCode" attribute to Schema class generated by DomGen

This will exclude the class from FxCop/Visual Studio analysis. It should look like this:

[System.CodeDom.Compiler.GeneratedCode("DomGen", "1.0.0.0")]
public static class Schema
