[Bug] Profile's background color not colorable?

Step 3. Describe the issue

You can't customize the color of the gray background os your Steam profile background.

Step 4. How to reproduce

1. Go to your profile page on Steam;
2. Click on the "SpaceTheme" option on the upper left corner;
3. Go to the "Themes" tab;
4. Click on the "..." on the "SpaceTheme for Steam" and then click on "Configure";
5. Change the "Community" tab to the "Colors" tab;
6. And you can't change the profile's background color.

It has nothing to do with the theme, it's because of Millennium. SteamClientHomebrew/Millennium#522
