Mapping with STARsolo?

Dear author,

thanks for building the tool. I am interested in checking for repeats expression in the spatial setup, which request to keep the multi-mapping reads and assign them using EM as provided in STARsolo. I am just wondering if STARsolo if compatible in your pipeline.
