Pass base values into manipulate_value/args.func

Currently, Cryptid.base_values only gets defined and used in manipulate_table and manipulate. This makes it to where is no way to get the base value in manipulate_value or in args.func, where this would be especially useful, as it would allow manipulating values relative to the base value, rather than the current value
