Challenge staff association #55
Description
Currently each challenge can specify an author (as they wish), but we would want:
- define multiple authors
- define who on the staff is able to help on thoses challenges
- know which one is still available (aka which one is not going to bed)
This idea come from wexous, need to check with everyone their concerns about it
