Log2Console not working with UdpAppender in DotNet Core 2.0

Using given suggested configuration:

Log is not working.

Think that issues is related with log4net.Layout.XmlLayoutSchemaLog4j layout type

Found following statement on Stackoverflow:

I have done further investigation and find that this boils down to a major difference in how UDP packets are built and sent between .Net 4.* and .Net Standard. .Net 40, which works, sends the UDP message all in one datagram (packet), whereas .Net Standard splits the message up into a bunch of packets, which packets appear to be delimited by the commas in our JSON message.
