Add automatic sorting to `scval.to_map`

Thank you so much for providing such a helpful library! It has been a great asset to my project.

I am writing to suggest a small improvement regarding scval.to_map. Currently, I find that I have to manually sort the map before use. It would be incredibly helpful and provide a much smoother developer experience if the SDK could handle this sorting automatically.

This is a good idea, and I will include it in the next (or the one after next) release.
