Cannot find `AsyncBarrier`

Hi,

the wiki lists an AsyncBarrier. But i cannot find either the source code nor a nuget (of yours) that contains the implementation.

Was i dropped by accient or otherwise removed? I also did not find a mention of that in the issues.

I just saw, i misstyped in the issues. But i think the wiki should be updated to state the type is also removed.
