Using PufferPanel: Nitrox Server starts printing nonsense when I use any command

If I type any command in it starts printing nonsense. For example if I write 'help' this happens:

Everything still works completely fine I just can't use the console ALSO I forgot to mention I am using PufferPanel 3 R16 and I am running Ubuntu Server 24.04.3 and I have to kill it because even the 'quit' command doesn't work.
Just checked and It works fine in SSH.

Describe the steps you took to encounter the bug.

1. Start the server through PufferPanel.
2. Type in any command.
3. It starts printing nonsense.

My guess is that pufferpanel is outputting our unicode text as ascii or vice versa (not sure which we actually use, but pretty sure its unicode 16). Also possible issues with the line feed characters not being handled properly. Very little chance that this is something that we are doing wrong in my opinion. Are you viewing these logs in the server or in some sort of web interface?
