Windows: GUI notice of wallet sync maxconnections=1 in komodo.conf (path & undo)

Hi,

1. The notice says to try this workaround:
   "It will add maxconnections=1 in komodo.conf file and force close the app."

The path to komodo.conf should probably be stated for ease of use to find. I couldn't find any other reference in Agama to this file, so had to use OS tools to find it's location at Komodo support files (Windows & Mac).

2. Would be nice to be able to undo this setting through the GUI if network settings get better, or is this just a windows workaround? Mac from same location seems to sync nicely.

workaround is applied if sync progress is within 0 - 30% range
you can find your conf file in the same folder where wallet.dat is stored
full paths are listed in settings -> app info
