The RenkuLab homepage needs to include a link to the privacy policy

This is a Google branding requirement:

Your home page URL "https://renkulab.io" does not include a link to your privacy policy.

Fix: add a link in the help menu (top navbar) and add a link in the footer (should be included, may be a bug).
