Fatty acid degradation reactions without GPR rules #979

Description

The following reactions don’t have GPR rules: MAR03396, MAR03397, MAR03053, MAR03054 and MAR03056. Also, they are lumped reaction describing 7 to 11 beta-oxidation cycles.

Moreover, the reactions MAR03053 and MAR03054 describe the complete oxidation of acyl-CoA’s that contain double bound, a process that requires the action of 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase (coded by DECR1/2). Since this enzyme uses NADP(H) as cofactors, the lumped reactions should also contain NADP(H).

(10Z)-heptadecenoyl-CoA + 7.0 CoA + 6.0 FAD + 7.0 H2O + 7.0 NAD+ --> 7.0 acetyl-CoA + 6.0 FADH2 + 7.0 H+ + 7.0 NADH + propanoyl-CoA MAR03396
9-heptadecenoyl-CoA + 7.0 CoA + 6.0 FAD + 7.0 H2O + 7.0 NAD+ --> 7.0 acetyl-CoA + 6.0 FADH2 + 7.0 H+ + 7.0 NADH + propanoyl-CoA MAR03397
12,15,18,21-tetracosatetraenoyl-CoA + 11.0 CoA + 7.0 FAD + 11.0 H2O + 11.0 NAD+ --> 12.0 acetyl-CoA + 7.0 FADH2 + 11.0 H+ + 11.0 NADH MAR03053
(9Z,12Z,15Z,18Z,21Z)-tetracosapentaenoyl-CoA + 11.0 CoA + 6.0 FAD + 11.0 H2O + 11.0 NAD+ --> 12.0 acetyl-CoA + 6.0 FADH2 + 11.0 H+ + 11.0 NADH MAR03054
10.0 CoA + 10.0 FAD + 10.0 H2O + 10.0 NAD+ + tricosanoyl-CoA --> 10.0 acetyl-CoA + 10.0 FADH2 + 10.0 H+ + 10.0 NADH + propanoyl-CoA MAR03056

My understanding from other issues is that reactions describing beta-oxidation should span at most 1 beta-oxidation cycle. Therefore, I suggest creating new reactions describing these processes in details instead of correcting the lumped reactions by adding NADP(H) and GPR rules.
