new RAVEN release with updated KEGG?

I was wondering if there were any plans to update KEGG and HMMs in RAVEN with the latest KEGG release.

There are no immediate plans for this, but if you have access to the KEGG FTP, you can generate your own HMMs according to: https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/RAVEN/wiki/de-novo-Generate-HMMs.

We are currently renewing our KEGG FTP access, which means that updated HMMs can be expected in a few weeks time.
