feat: implement memote QC and CI

Model quality will be tracked using memote, by running generic tests, but also implementing scoGEM specific tests, such as growth on different nutrient sources, survival of knockout strains and comparison with transposon data. Initially, memote runs locally, but when scoGEM is released, memote will be implemented through continuous integration (CI).

• Prepare repo for memote
• Define growth test for nutrient sources
• Define growth test for knockouts
• Define growth test for transposon data
• Generate memote history report
• When repo is open, implement memote as CI

Some basic tests are developed in the feat/tests branch. Ideally these could use data files that could also be used by memote.
