Can rxnID be unified from different existing yeasts models?

@feiranl @IVANDOMENZAIN Recently I conceive to establish a pan-model for all existing 332 yeast species (https://github.com/SysBioChalmers/Pan_Model_For_332_Yeast_Species). As the pan-model, possibly it should cover the reactions in the existing yeasts models. It will be meaningful that we can unify the reactions from different models.
