GIT Clone being broken - Some of the page or category or whatever filenames here on the project use illegal characters #65

Some of your page names or whatever on the site here in the wiki use illegal characters and it hoses cloning the wiki by GIT. The one that is being complained about in particular is What's New --- ' is an illegal filename character in Windows for sure, and if I remember right, it is a no-no over in Linux too.

So, it doesn't look as hip and cool, but probably need to change that one to "What Is New". Don't remember if it also has an ! mark behind the title of that page or not, if it does that one is usually a no-no for file and directory names on Windows, not sure about Linux.

You need to go through and look for things that will crash a GIT clone of the site, or just disable cloning your wiki and have a Wiki file all bundled up and ready for download instead.

If the people doing the work are Linux fans, I understand, use it and love it myself. Sitting here rockin' 2 boxes right now, 1 with Windows 10 JUST for Tradewars, another running Linux for everything else I can possible use it to do!!! But you got to run TWXProxy through Windows, everything in the game pretty much has to run on a Windows box. So, needs to be fixed.

Also, in my humble opinion of course, GIT is not the right place for OS fanhood, so everything should be set up to work under ALL operating systems. Just my 2 cents, and 2 cents won't buy you much these days --- but it will help you keep from frustrating your TWXProxy fans/users. Thanks

P.S. : If you save up 2 cents enough, it makes a few bucks over time :-)

Edit : Just went and checked, What's New! does have an ! mark at the end, should probably take that out of the page title too. Thanks
