Consolidate all relevant old school RS info in to machine readable formats #11
Description
I would like to have the data that http://rscript.org/skills has in machine/human readable format (probably json) so that it is quick and easy to add/modify/delete information and will be quick to search as I won't have to wait on any web requests.
Any other static information that has to be looked up a lot would be nice to have too, such as alternate currency prices and objects (e.g. slayer points for skip a task, commendation points for void items, etc).
