Itemize all formTypes with the azure link they should be pointed to.
Share this privately in a txt file to our admin account.

It should look like this:

There are only three links that I have found. I am sharing them privately to the admin account.

1. prod-20 link was in these websites.
   a). globalenterprise contact form
   b). focuschef contact form
   c). taostudio, silkwomen contact form
   d). taolearning volunteer form, contact form, advocate form, careers form, chapter, and all other forms.

2. prod-01 link was on these websites.
   a). focushive support page
   b). taomgt consulting page

3. prod-77 link was on these websites.
   a). curiosity register.html
   b). curiosity contact
   c). curiosity register

**We can use

1. prod-77 must be used for "registration".
2. prod-20 link used for "inquiry"
3. prod-01 link used for "application".**
