How to get the Triples of Petagraph

Hi,

I am curious to know how to get the triples of the Petagraph. For instance, Protein-1, enables, Protein-2 is a triple to show the relation between protein-1 and protein-2. Do you have triples of your knowledge graph? If you have would you please provide it? Furthermore, if you have Uniprot ID mapping of the corresponding proteins, would you please provide it? Thanks.
