Is the binary Keyvalues format supported?

Does srctools support this format? I wasn't able to find anything on it in the docs

It doesn't right now. I've been thinking of implementing support, but until now have never seen the format actually used anywhere, so I didn't think it was important. Looks like Corecii there reverse-engineered it, but I think the original code is available as kvpacker.cpp in the 2013 SDK.

It's using your library, and I'd love to add support for managing non Steam games, which requires parsing and writing to shortcuts.vdf
