TWRP - Unresponsive Touch Screen

PRIMARY ISSUE:
Boot Into TWRP Recovery -> Advanced -> File Manager -> Select any Folder (Folder Contents is Displayed) -> Select "Up A Level"

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED RESULT?
Should Navigate back up the Folder Tree

WHAT HAPPENS INSTEAD?
Nothing at all.

Happens with older versions as well.

N.B. Also happens in the Restore Screen when attempting to the first TWRP backup listed. Also happens in selecting the first item in any of the five Settings screens. Select the first item and nothing happens.

Additional background info:

DEVICE: HTC 10, OREO v8.0, MAGISK, (S-OFF/UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER)

Select the first item (a previously created TWRP backup) in the Restore Screen, the first item in any of the five Settings screens, or "Up A Level" (first item in the File Manager screen) and nothing, I mean nothing happens. Select any item in the list of any of these same screens except the first one and everything works as it should. This all began occurring after I did a factory reset and had the battery replaced by a licensed dealer. I would also point out that I am running Magisk as well. Why any of these things would cause this behavior is beyond me. I've run TWRP for years on many devices and have never seen this behavior before.

Please post dmesg and recovery logs, and a video of the issue like I requested. If you're not willing to at least post the logs then I will not be looking into this issue. I don't have a 10 to work with presently so I can't confirm whether this is happening on my device, so I really need to "see" this happening on your device to fully understand what is happening.

Also, just to confirm, what older versions did you try? At some point the kernel was changed, so please confirm the versions you tried so I know for sure what kernel it includes. I will once again state that since you didn't have this problem until your battery got replaced, that perhaps it's possible your screen was damaged during the repair process.
